The villas at Aldeia Da Pedralva provide a cozy and homely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. As someone who values privacy, I loved having my own individual unit. The fully equipped kitchenette was a game-changer for me. I enjoyed cooking my own meals and having the convenience of a seating area with comfortable couches and tables. The cottages have been beautifully restored using traditional techniques and materials, giving them a rustic and charming feel. It felt like stepping back in time.
Personally, I found the lack of a bathtub in the private bathroom a bit disappointing. But hey, that's just my preference.

A wonderful little town, very nicely renovated houses. It is a very quiet location but close to some great beaches. The staff are excellent! The food at the hotel restaurant was also excellent.

Wonderful Hotel that was developed to save a remote village in the Algavre. I congratulate such initiatives.
Sadly the room has VERY VERY bad ventilation and has severe mildew smell. A fan system has be installed and windows should have an option to be left open overnight without the opportunity of passerbys peeking inside. Due to the smell and ventilation inconvenience we all ended up with allegic reactions.

The village vibes were chill and the cottages were dope. We hit up the sick skateboard track and crushed it like pros. And the pool area was the hangout spot, perfect for soaking up the sun and meeting new peeps.
The only thing we wish for is a sick party scene at night. It would've been rad to have some epic DJ sets or live music to turn up the energy and keep the party going all night long.

The only thing I missed for my work was the lack of reliable internet in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming village resort. The location was perfect for both surfing at nearby beaches and exploring the beautiful coastal sights. The 2-bedroom house we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely patio to enjoy. The kitchenette had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was a supermarket conveniently located in the city. The traditional Portuguese restaurant on-site served excellent food. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. We also appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the fact that we could bring our dog along. a great experience.
No negatives from this place.

The value for money at this place was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was ideal, close to beautiful beaches and offered a good mix of beach and countryside activities. The staff treated us with kindness and were always helpful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast option better would be a wider variety of choices.

The heat inside the houses was unbearable. No fans or air conditioning made it impossible to stay comfortably.

I chose Aldeia Da Pedralva - Slow Village because I really wanted to visit Praia da Pena Furada. However, one feature that pleasantly surprised me was the free wifi. It was fast and reliable, allowing me to easily stay connected and plan my days. I also liked that the hotel is located within easy access of many restaurants and bars, making it convenient for dining options.
The high window in our room was a minor inconvenience as it couldn't be accessed or covered. This meant that when the sun rose early in the morning, the room was flooded with sunlight, making it difficult to sleep, especially for my child.
